Build your first site.

Start with the Free theme for design. Add the Free plugin when your project needs vehicle listings.

1. Install the Free theme

In Appearance > Themes > Add New, search for Car Dealer Blocks. Install and activate the theme from WordPress.org.

2. Make it yours

Open Appearance > Editor to change your header, footer, navigation, colors and typography. Create pages with the normal block editor and insert theme patterns where useful. Choose a static homepage in Settings > Reading.

3. Add vehicle inventory, if you need it

Download the Free plugin ZIP, then open Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Upload, install and activate it. Open the inventory setup and select Dealer for one business or Classifieds for multiple sellers.

4. Configure the real business details

Set your currency and units, connect your inventory page, create a published seller and enter your contact and privacy details. Public seller registration stays under your control. Configure email delivery before accepting real inquiries.

5. Publish and test your first vehicle

Add a make and model, then a vehicle with its year, seller, price and photographs. Open the public page, try the filters and send a controlled test inquiry to your own address.

Requirements & updates

The Free theme and plugin require WordPress 6.6 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. Keep WordPress and your extensions updated. Downloaded plugin version: 1.2.1. Back up your own site before updating. Theme changes keep vehicle data with the plugin.
